    We’re happy to answer your questions, share tips and tricks and help you navigate the unexpected details of wedding and event planning.

  • Venue Walk Through and Floor-Plan Development.

    We go the extra mile and tour your venue with you prior to your event. We’ll acquire a schematic from the venue or take measurements of the space to design a floor plan that will help in the logistics of the planning process.

  • Creative Design Assistance and Decor Rentals.

    We’ll work with you to develop a design theme, incorporate your color palette, source signature pieces that fit your overall vision and optimize rental needs with our inventory or in partnership with an external rental company.

  • Additional Vendor Point of Contact.

    As a part of our Day of Coordinator services we’ll represent you as and additional point of contact between other vendors and coordinate with your venue director to ensure all contract expectations are fulfilled.

  • Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal with Wedding Party, Family and Officiant.

    When we provide ceremony music, we want to be prepared. We’ll be there at your booked rehearsal time with full sound and microphones to do a live run-through in the space to confirm the timing of your music matches the needs of your processional.

  • Multiple Sound Systems for Multi-Location Event Venues.

    When we do our venue tour we’ll also be discussing your plans in detail and developing a customized plan for your auditory needs to be sure we bring the right equipment to match the space. It’s our goal to create a cohesive ambiance in every area of your event.

  • Lapel Microphones for Ceremony and Wireless Handhelds for Toasts or Speeches.

    We want to hear you and your guests do to. We provide all different kinds of microphones available at all of our sound system locations to match the event needs and specific activities.

  • DJ & Emcee for the Entire Event.

    With over a decade in the entertainment industry, you’re getting the best of the best from our experienced DJ’s and Emcee’s. We’re happy to make all your announcements, keeping your guests aware of what’s happening and entertained throughout the course of your event.

  • DJ Lighting for Dance Floor and Decor Lighting.

    We’re excited to work with you on developing that signature ambiance in your venue space, whether it’s DJ lighting for your dance floor that pumps up the party vibe or ambient decor lighting that elevates your design theme.
